Its my Birthday!!

Well it was yesterday anwyay.

Another really fun day with Claire and Petra at the Lee Valley 10k. Not my fastest time as I fell over at 2 miles but such a good way to spend my birthday 🙂

Thank you for being amazing friends and for throwing me in the right direction (some what worrying that the ambulance guy recognises us now!!). Can’t wait to run again with you. xxx
